2. What data we process and why

This site is static and has no forms and stores no personal data on its own servers. We only process data in these cases:

  • Orders and enquiries: if you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, phone, delivery address) solely to handle and deliver your order.
  • Usage statistics: if you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure site usage in aggregate.
  • Technical preferences: we store your cart and your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage); they never leave your device.

3. Legal basis

  • Handling orders/enquiries: performance of the relationship and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Google Analytics: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed to handle it and to meet applicable legal obligations. Statistical data, per the Google Analytics configuration.

5. Recipients and third parties

We do not sell your data. The following may be involved:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics), only if you accept statistics cookies.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, under its own policy.
  • OpenStreetMap / Komoot (Photon): when you search your address in the cart, the text you type is sent to their service to suggest addresses.
  • Web hosting provider.

Some providers may involve international transfers, covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by phone (93 440 13 17) or in writing to our address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors and security

The site is not aimed at children under 14. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information.
